I learned the important fact that while striving for better profit is good it is also needed to strive for good work conditions for employees. To work on employee relationships with not only the management department but the interrelationships as well. That if you don't have a balance of work ethic and relationship it will not end well for the company. another thing I learned was how the company styles itself. While work relations are important its more interesting to see how newer generations my style a business. Such as ways at looking at how a company may style itself. From being client-centric to employee-centric. Wither it's better to stay in classic business formal or move to dressing freely. Or even if they care more about the clients to the workers. Such may happen in the food industry. Many new and interesting topics were brought to my attention here. I would say the third take away would be the type of response many people gave in their discussion boards. I learned a lot by the way people responded to the question prompts. Some controversial and others allied with the current generation's interests. How people may look into some things in the business world and jump a gun or think more critically. It was interesting to read every comment and see every response given.
