A column-beam connection detail for the ground floor of a building to be designed according to TBDY 2019 is given in Figure 1. It is known that the beams have the same reinforcement detail and hence the same moment capacity (Mbi - Mbj = 20 tf.m). In addition, the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement layout of the ground floor column and the moment capacity calculated based on this layout are given in Figure 2. The concrete class used in the design is C30, and the steel class is S420. Based on this: a. Assuming that the ground floor and the 1st-floor columns have the same reinforcement detail, determine whether the moment capacity of the ground floor column satisfies the conditions given in TBDY 2019.
