3. Real-time timer on a 7-segment display In this assignment the student should design a system to display a timer on a 7-segment display. Three 7 segment displays should be used to indicate the minutes and seconds. Now there are 60 seconds per minute but for practicality purposes for the modules only one 7 segment display should be used as the minutes and two 7 segment displays for the seconds. The timings should be derived from the internal oscillator or by using an external oscillator.
