$7\mathrm{.}8$ Ethics Case Apple, Inc. released its firstgeneration iPhone in $2007.$ The iPhone is a smartphone, a cellphone with a broad range of functions based on advanced computing capability, large storage capacity, and internet connectivity. Apple obviously secured utility patents on the functionality of its smartphones.
