A group of 24 co-workers are arguing about which is the fastest way to get to work in Phoenix: light rail, driving on the highways, or driving on surface streets. To settle the argument they split into three groups of 8 with each group using one of the modes of transportation. They then start from points equidistant from the office and record their average commuting time for a week. Below are the reported average commute times for each participant (in minutes).
