A key tool in systems analysis is creating process flows of current processes and analyzing these process flows to create one that reflects how the process will look in the future. Consider a business process today that you feel is broken or does not work well and create a process flow outlining each steps. Process should contain at least 5-7 steps. Then create a 2nd process flow that outlines how the process would look like if it were improved - this is the To Be process. Ensure you are submitting two separate process flows for the Current state (As Is) and Future State (To Be). Clearly outline each process flow.
