A motor start$-$stop control system is designed to operate as follows:

$1.$ If the ON switch $($normally opened push button switch$)$ is pressed, the motor starts running.

$2.$ If the OFF switch $($normally opened push button switch$)$ is pressed, a stop relay energizes and causes the motor stops running.

$3.$ When overload or over$-$temperature occurs, the motor stops running.
