You can adopt a number of techniques to make your messages more positive, including $($a$)$ displaying a can$-$do$,$ confident attitude focus $($see Table $5\mathrm{.}7)$; $($b$)$ focusing on the positive rather than negative traits $($see Table $5\mathrm{.}8)$; and $($c$)$ using diplomatic, constructive terms.
