You have recently conducted Ideation with your sales and marketing team members. Majority of staff worked very well during the Ideation process and contributed lots of ideas with enthusiasm. They also regularly expressed excitement about making a change to the organisation. However, there were some instances where staff did not perform as expected. They include: Mary missed some scheduled ideation meetings giving the excuse that she had other important work to attend to. Nathan didnt seem very interested in the ideation and decided to focus more attention on his usual work. He did not embrace the potential changes and explained that he liked the organisation how it was.

You believe that they may have some suggestions for changes and more support required for staff. The CEO has advised that Worlducation is committed to implementing critical and creative thinking. A budget has been established, therefore you are permitted to approve requests for up to three (3) hours overtime per employee per week. The CEO is also willing to include a quarterly award for the employees that come up with the best ideas during the ideation process.
