It is funny that when I follow-up with your staffs three days ago, they asked me whether I have submitted the claim form when everything is already inside the brown envelope that I passed to one of your staffs over the counter. Another of your staffs promised me that I will get my payment this week but unfortunately when I go to your office this morning, your staffs told me that the person who is responsible for signing the bank cheque was on leave. Therefore, they gave me another promise (again) that I shall get my payment soonest possible. Seems like all of your staffs have limited ability in remembering things therefore I need to write you this email to keep some sort of record.
