Suntory included this exemption clause in the contract: "Our retail shop will not be responsible for any defects of its electronic appliances sold". Sandra used this air fryer properly in her own apartment. After using it for 5 minutes, it suddenly exploded and hurt her face. Sandra paid HK$18,000 for her medical expense. She paid HK$3,000 to buy a new air fryer from another retailer.
