Action Industries, a home products manufacture, had conducted an extensive recruitment campaign to fill a Director of Human Resources position. This position requires a thorough understanding of human resources theory and application, and most importantly, the ability to get along with people at all levels within the organization. After a three month search, a short-list of three candidates was identified. Listed below is a brief biography of each candidate. Interviewer Comments	Strong analytical skills, asked many questions about organizational culture and career path, good interpersonal skills. Seems to have great ideas!	Well-rounded experience, gets along well with people, interested in "moving up." Discussions with former coworkers (those who remembered her) were generally positive and a hard worker, except that Kamillah tends to "talk too much."	Long-term employee at Action Industries, well-rounded experience, gets along well with people. Discussion with current co-workers concluded everyone likes Debra and that she's a good worker.
