company with the following specifications. The database keeps track of the first and last

name, age, address $($street name, city, state$),$ and phone numbers of policy holders; they are

identified by their names. Policy holders have at least one property, which can be a house

or apartment; for each property we keep track of its address $($identifier$)$ and estimated value.

Policy holders can make insurance claims on any of the properties they own. For each

claim, we keep track of its id$,$ date, description of the claim, and estimated damage amount.

Activity $2(50$ pts$.)$: Draw an E$-$R diagram to design the database for keeping track of all

trees in UMD. The database keeps track of each tree's id$,$ species, date planted, name of

the person who planted it$,$ and coordinates $($latitude and longitude$).$ Biologists visit each

tree regularly over the year, keeping for each visit its date and time, name of the visitor,

and notes of the visit.
