Let's make the assignment a little more interesting:

So far, we have only done network diagramming using basic forms of

dependency, and finish-to-Star (FS)

Today's assignment is to use other dependencies and still be able to

calculate some very interesting numbers.

For this, it is VERY important that you first watch the lecture and videos

on dependency exercises that I left on Canvas.

Note: I understand that what we are going to do by "Hand", is already

done by a software like MS Project, but it is IMPORTANT that you know

the mechanism behind the software code, the theory, the and basics.

According to the table below

Calculate:

1. Drawing the network diagram

2. Draw the Gantt Chart (you can see how to do it in the exercise

videos in week 7).

3. ES, EF, LS, LF, and the SL

4. The critical path in two ways, one as I taught you (looking for the

paths) and the other traditional way.

5. Calculate clearances / Free slack
