Adam requested Zulfarouq to purchase some shares for Adam. Zulfarouq bought 1000 shares from a female holder named Puteri Kesumadewi for RM100,000. The shares were registered in favour of Adam. Soon after the transaction, Adam found that Puteri Kesumadewi is Zulfarouq's wife and the shares were sold to Adam at a price higher than the current market value.
