1. Address and thoroughly discuss and explain a work project (provide an example and use that work project to explain), as a manager, by using tools in Competency 3 (Planning and Coordinating Projects), Competency 4 (Measuring and Monitoring Performance and Quality) and Competency 5 (Encouraging and Enabling Compliance). Choose at least one tool to organize the work for the tasks to be accomplished. Demonstrate planning through narratives and charts, diagrams, and figures, etc. Describe a work project or a simulated one and how it gets accomplished using best practices. Provide explanations, examples and scholarly references.
   1. Discuss cross functional membership and why members were chosen.Do not use your experience as the basis or evidence, but what does the literature say?
   2. Incorporate one tool described in this section of the text (Module 2, Competency 3). It is referred to in the text but put in an Appendix of the paper.
   3. Think about which people should be assigned, and their professional goals, which you have considered in making the assignments. Also, what problems may be associated with team members.
