1- Project background and high-level scope statement.
2- Provide a list of detailed requirements that lists ALL project requirements.
3- Develop a minimum of three-level deliverable-based WBS for this project and map each requirement to a WBS package. However, you may need more to get to the work package level, especially for the Project Management Deliverables.
4- For each WBS item, you need to develop a WBS dictionary card (see the PPT slides for week 11 for an example)
- Note: Youneed to include project-management-related WBS work packages, as well as Product-related WBS work packages.
5- Based on the total WBS, I need to a cost estimate for the entire project and each second level.
