After taking the Barsch Learning Style Inventory quiz, my preference came out to be auditory. Based on my observation, my manager's preference is auditory as he always pushes people to have a WebEx chat to resolve any issues at work. He also goes back and listens to only recordings of the meetings so that he can refer to the discussion and implement the task based on the guidance received in the meetings. One of my peers always wants to implement the project reference model before he can decide on the next steps in the project. His preference is visual. Inorder to cater to the preference of visual and auditory, we can offer multiple formats for accessing project content. The document for project implementation would contain video for visual learners and audio for auditory learners.
