An e$-$commerce website has received some complaints on packaging errors. Managers ask the

shipping and handling department to monitor the shipping process and make sure of the quality in

their process. To monitor the process, for $10$ consecutive weeks, they look into the first $100$ shipments

and count the number of packaging errors as shown in table below. A package either had an error or

had no errors. The table below shows the number of packages with errors in a given week.
