Analysis (approx. 1500 words): Use appropriate internal and external situational analysis tools to understand the environment in which the organisation is operating. Use at least one external analysis tool, and one internal analysis tool, and summarise your findings with a SWOT and a TOWS. Selection of Strategy (approx. 1500 words): Use a range of models and theories to propose at least two strategic options for the organisation to ensure its sustainability. These need to be specific and relevant to the organisational context studied. They need to be strategic and not operational in nature. Development of each option needs to be justified by the theoretical materials studied during the module and the company/industry/market data. Include a SAF tool here to justify which proposal the organisation should take forward
