Animate a digital clock!

A$.$ Design the function dayminute$->$ image which renders the given DayMinute as an image. Use the text function from the Image library and use $50$ as the text size and a "forestgreen" color.

B$.$ Use the animate function to animate your clock. Note that the speed of the clock will be very fast. Design a function tick$->$image which uses dayminute$->$image and "slows down" the time by a factor of $10.$ That is$,$ it only renders a new time when the argument is divisible by $10.$ Finally, use this function with animate to animate a "slower" clock.
