In which ways can "one head" avoid the problems of "too many cooks"? 2. Based on the reading by Garvin \& Roberto, differentiate between constructive and destructive conflict in decision-making. What outcomes do they have, and is the role of consideration and closure in them? Provide one example of each from your own work or personal experience. 3. Apply motivation theories to evaluate two of the three following job design and/or motivational reward strategies: (Make sure you rely on book theory) (1) Using money as a motivator for employee performance. (2) Implementing a four-day four week, (3) Running a workplace where all or most employees work from home most days of the week (three or four in a 5-day work week). 4. Describe a variable-pay program. What pros and cons do you see in it relative to other programs? Under which circumstances or which type of jobs you think it would work effectively
