He is highly dedicated to GALAX enterprise and lets people know this by his arrival each day at 6:30 a.m. and his departure at 6:00 p.m. He has been with GALAX enterprise for 22 years, and he reports directly to the CEO. Ned has gone to the Human Resource (HR) department and complained that his supervisors hire people who do not fit to GALAX enterprise. They do not listen and have a poor work ethic. Ned feels that the HR department should do a better job of screening people.
