Currently, she is holding a post as a chief clerk in Bank of Giffin located in the suburban area of Dreamland city. This year she is celebrating her 15th anniversary working in the bank and she has won the award as the Best Employee for three consecutive years and she is very proud of it. Financially she is not obliged for any commitment as all her children have grown up and some of them received a handsome salary like her. Maria realized that her work is 80% dependent on the bank's application and that she is facing difficulties understanding the system each time it got upgraded. Apart from an employee to the bank. she is also actively involved in women's rights in the community. She realized that for new female employees, they are so grateful if they can pass through the screening process such as attitude tests, written exams, and 2 interviews but still the chances to get the job offer is so less. But not for the male candidate, the process is the same but they can easily receive the offer letter. She has voiced out her concern about this but none of the middle managers take it as a serious matter. While having her leisure time during the week end she is considering to tender resignation letter by the end of the month. She realized that nowadays she prefers to be at home. She shares her intention to quit the job with her children. they agree with her decision.
