He ends up getting into a physical altercation with the patron. Both were asked to leave the bar. The patron discovers that the employee works at the hotel bar and file a lawsuit against the hotel bar for negligence, claiming he was injured in the altercation by an employee. Based on respondeat superior, is the hotel bar liable? Why or why not?
