Apple has decided to develop a new android phone system with artificial life technology. Apple is looking to assemble a project team to assemble a prototype and also a finished product ready for commercialization and marketing. You have been hired as the project manager and your first task is to prepare a specific project plan how you will implement this project from start to finish. Apple is allocating $1.2 Billion dollar investment towards this project and you are in control of the funds to spend it on project to meet project requirements. Apple is giving you 5 years to complete the project.

PART A: Written Report: ninethousand word

1)Please provide an executive summary outlining an overview of the project activities.

2.) Please provide a description of the project and project objectives and goals that need to be achieved in a 5 year period.

3.) In order for a project to be successful please do some research and determine your staffing requirements. You will need to assemble a team of people to assist in obtaining your project objectives. Further construct an organization chart outlining reporting responsibilities and providea brief job description of the main players involved in the project.

4.) Please identify specific tasks that need to be done in a five year period. Please identify the important tasks, ex. Prototyping, approvals, test marketing etc.

5.) Please identify the Risks associated with this project as per the Risk analysis matrix.

6.) Please construct a schedule including the main tasks that need to be completed and put a time

line to it. We need to know when each tasks need to be done so we can meet the 5 year

deadline. You have to create a Gantt chart in Excel for this task. Need to have date completion

for each task.
