Apple has decided to develop a new android phone system with artificial life technology. Apple is looking to assemble a project team to assemble a prototype and also a finished product ready for commercialization and marketing. You have been hired as the project manager and your first task is to prepare a specific project plan how you will implement this project from start to finish. Apple is allocating $1.2 Billion dollar investment towards this project and you are in control of the funds to spend it on project to meet project requirements. Apple is giving you 5 years to complete the project. Please prepare a report 15 to 20 pages max outlining the project plan as follows. Further you will present your findings to the class: PART A: Written Report: 100 Marks (20%) 1.) Please provide an executive summary outlining an overview of the project activities. (10 Marks) 2.) Please provide a description of the project and project objectives and goals that need to be achieved in a 5 year period. (10 Marks) 3.) In order for a project to be successful please do some research and determine your staffing requirements. You will need to assemble a team of people to assist in obtaining your project objectives. Further construct an organization chart outlining reporting responsibilities and provide a brief job description of the main players involved in the project. (15 Marks) 4.) Please identify specific tasks that need to be done in a five year period. Please identify the important tasks, ex. Prototyping, approvals, test marketing etc.
