APT$2043$ PROJECT ASSIGNMENTDiana is a successful women entrepreneur that had founded very innovative private tuition

centre. She started the business four years ago with $15$ students and two teachers. Initially,

she recorded all the transaction and information of students and teachers in physical book.

Soon after, she learned some computer skills by provided by Microsoft Office such as MS

Word and MS Excel. As customers kept coming, the data was getting bigger and more

difficult to manage.

Currently, the centre has $500$ students and growing. Someone suggested to him to buy

enterprise software that may cost more than RM$10,000.$ She hesitates to invest in this

application looking at its high cost plus she does not know whether the application can really

meet the organization requirement. Moreover it may require a very skilful staff to handle the

software. In fact the process of managing her business information is very straightforward.
