Write an 5 paragraph Argument Essay

Prompt:

On July 31, 1968, at the Republican convention in Miami, Ronald Reagan said, "We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for their actions"

Think about the implication of Reagan's view that only the individual is responsible for crimnal action. Then writes an essay that defends, challenges, or quaifies Reagan's claim about crime. Use specific, appropriate evidence to develop your position.
