Article $34\mathrm{.}01$: Employees receiving Occupational Injury Leave $($OIL$),$ Salary Continuation, or Hostage Leave benefits are responsible for their regular share of the health insurance premium. If OIL, Hostage Leave, or Salary Continuation terminates within a pay period, the employer bears the employee's share of the health insurance premium. Employees receiving lost time Workers' Compensation benefits or waiting for approval of a claim without receiving these benefits are eligible for health insurance at no cost for up to twelve months and the usual cost share for an additional period. The employee and employer can arrange a payment plan for the second twelve$-$month period, and the employer may recover payments if the claim is non$-$compensable.
