1. 1. Select two tools or techniques, briefly describe them, and apply them in a scenario. Make sure to explain how you would use them in the process of performance improvement.
   2. In which step of the organization-wide and team-based PI model would you use them? (Refer to Sayles & Gordon, p. 567, Figure 18.10.).
