As the head coach, describe the process you would use to select players for your team. You will have more players trying out for the team than you have spots for. You will have to make cuts! Be thorough in your evaluation process to incorporate as many aspects of the sport as possible to best evaluate the abilities of each player. How will this evaluation hold up if a parent complains that their kid was cut from the team and not given a fair evaluation during try-outs?
