Write an assembly program to perform a decimal counter. The counter must count up from 0000 on the 7 segment display board to 9999. The timer must start to count up on the press of a button and must stop counting upon pressing the same button again. A second button must be used to reset the counter to 0000. The reset back to 0000 must only occur after the counter has been stopped. . . Submit the complete project folder in ZIP file format. (no other compression format will be accepted) Counter must count up in decimal from 0000 to 9999. Counter must be able to be started with a button. If the same button is pressed while the counter is stopped, the counter must resume counting up. Counter must be able to be stopped using the same button. Counter must be able to be reset back to 0000 on the press of a second button ONLY after the timer has been stopped
