Assessment Task 4 Instructions Complete the following activities: 1. Prepare for project personnel training. Prior to delivering the presentation, make sure that you practice your delivery, so you are well prepared. You will be assessed on your presentation technique as well as the content of your presentation. Your assessor will advise you of the date and time of your presentation and will organise at least two other students to attend the information and training session in the role of staff members. Review the case study scenario, your Project HR Briefing Report and Performance Plans. Print out a copy of both Performance Plans so you can discuss these with the staff at the meeting. Ask them for their feedback and take note of it. This will give the staff the opportunity to have input into planning, decision making and operational aspects of the team's work Spend some time thinking about how the stand would look, and any health and safety issues that you think that the staff member should know about. Check that the Slack Workspace that you have created is still functioning. You will be explaining how it works to the meeting participants, so make sure you are familiar with its functions The induction and training session should last for about 30 minutes, as the staff are already familiar with Boutique Build's products and services. Familiarise yourself with the Customer Data Collection and the Team Member Data Collection documents. Print out a copy of both so you can demonstrate these to the staff at the meeting
