Assessment task description: This is the second (2) unit assessment task that student has to successfully complete to be deemed competent in this unit of competency. The student is required to complete two activities. o Activity 1: Develop budget o Activity 2: Monitor and review the budget Students are required to analyse financial and other business information to prepare and monitor budgets. Students are to draft and negotiate budgets, identify deviations, and manage the delivery of successful budgetary performance.
