Assignment Description:

In this assignment, your team will Analyze a case study and identify wastes in a typical office setting. You

will review the current business process of a service representative and observe non$-$value$-$added

activities. You will also find constraints of the process and recommend ways to introduce standard work

to minimize waste.

Learning Outcomes:

After completing this assignment, you will be able to

$1.$ Identify Ways to determine value$-$added activity

$2.$ Interpret the seven classic wastes

$3.$ Recognize Mura and Muri

$4.$ Evaluate the Theory of Constraint $($TOC$)$ principle to remove the bottleneck.

$5.$ Describe the importance of Standard work to reduce variation from processes.

$$ Read the attached case study as the source of your assignment. Identify eight forms of wastes.

Format Requirements:

the presentation file. The video will contain a presentation by your team. Each team member
