Your ladder logic program should accomplish the following.

Start button should provide power to the controller. Stop button should turn the power off completely.

As soon as the start button is energized Motorl should start

Motor$2$ should start $10$ sec later after Motorl starts running

Motor$3$ should start $20$ sec later after Motor$2$ starts running

$5.$ Steps $2-3-4$ should repeat in every $60$ sec $.$
