Job interviews can be daunting. You will find yourself sitting in a room with the hiring manager, having to answer tough questions about your experience and qualifications for the position you are seeking with the company. Throughout the interview, it's important to deliver specific examples as often as you can. A very important question you should always be prepare to answer is $$Why should I hire you?$$ Assume that your interview with a major financial firm in New York is going very well and you are now interviewing with top executives of the firm. You suddenly receive an e$-$mail from one of the executives who commended you but asked that you e$-$mail her the answer to one question that will determine, in her mind, whether you are a good fit for the position or not.

Prepare a well$-$written e$-$mail answer to the question and avoid using $$clich$$ answers such as $$I am a hard worker, etc.$$ Be specific, detailed, and provide concrete examples.
