Assignment 4 Instructions This assignment is a Moodle assessment based on the following case study. Please apply your knowledge of class material to correctly answer the questions in the Moodle assessment. Case Study Dr. Sarah and Dr. Nourah decided to conduct a research in order to test different approaches to learning programming. The hypothesis that these two researchers wanted to test was whether internship approach results in better learning compared to traditional approach. Lecturers in the first group used internship approach (1 day teaching and working 4 days per week in company), while lecturers in the second group used traditional approach (1 day teaching and working 4 days per week in university laboratory). The researchers contracted two programming teachers that were in charge of all procedures and explained the procedures that they should follow. The programming teachers recruited participants from the students in the third year at COD university. In order to form the two groups of all third year students, the researchers put the names of all third year students in excel file and used the control random for determining group membership. Researchers decided not to ask for informed consent from the participants. At the end of semester, the researchers took the records for programming grades for each student and compared different groups.
