Assignment brief

Based on the package$/$experience that was chosen for assignment $1,$ you are required to develop a report for the senior management team of the

organisation. The report should be a guide for the implementation of your package$/$experience at operations level and should involve all the stakeholders

$($the guest, front office, IT$,$ F$+$B$,$ HR$,$ marketing etc...$).$ You should use the 'Service Blueprint as a guideline for your report.

As this is an academic report, in text citations and a full reference list should be provided.

Remember that you are writing for the management team therefore ensure you use language that will be understood by such an audience. Your report

should include how the customer experience is to be managed to ensure the level of delivery and service excellence that will be expected.

The report should contain the following sections:

A title page

An executive summary

Table of contents with sections and page numbers

An introduction that includes the contents of the report

A description of the package$/$experience including pricing and distribution

How and why and how it meets the needs of the chosen target group and fits with current trends in luxury consumption $($include academic theory

and data$)$

How the package$/$experience will benefit the organisation $(($include academic theory$)-$ consider financial aspects as well as aspects of loyalty.

Identification of the key players using the Service Blueprint model

The detailed operational implementation plan of the package$/$experience for each department$/$stakeholder $-$ who is involved and what is their role in

ensuring service excellence

A conclusion

At least $5$ recommendations as to how the organisation can ensure that the package$/$experience is delivered to high standards and that service

excellence will be maintained and guaranteed

A full reference list $($minimum $20$ references$)$
