Submit a single MS Word or pdf document that constitutes your internship plan. It should include key components which you were

taught during PMC and align with either PMI$/$PMBOK or Agile. I am not interested in copy$/$paste theory from internet and Chat$-$GTP$,$ I

am interested in what YOU actually intend on doing and producing by end of semester. As such, "trying my hardest", "attending all

meetings" $,$ "communicating with my team members" are implied and assumed as basic requirments.

Components of your plan should include:

Project Charter. Define the project's purpose, objectives, and high$-$level scope, constraints and assumptions.

Stakeholder Analysis. Identify and analyze key stakeholders. Establish communication and engagement strategies.

Scope Management. Define WHAT it is you will be doing and what your tangible output is by end of term. Example:

PMP Certification. Provide a work breakdown structure for how this is done.

Schedule Management. Develop a project schedule using Gantt charts or other scheduling tools. Is there a critical

path? Explain.

Risk Management. Identify potential risks and develop a risk register. Develop risk response plans for high$-$priority

risks.

Quality Management Define quality standards and metrics if appropriate

Communication Management Develop a communication plan outlining the frequency and methods of

communication.

Monitoring and Controlling

Project Performance Track key performance indicators $($KPIs$).$

Issue Management Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
