ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

In Class $1,$ your instructor will assign you to groups for the assignment. At the instructor's discretion, you will be assigned one case study for this assignment from the following list of case studies derived from the textbook:

$4$A: Alex Jones$/$Tom James Company

$4$B: CB Richard Ellis

$4$C: Ashley Pineda$/$Pulte Group

$4$D: Dave Levitt$/$Salesforce$.$com

$4$E: Alim Hirani$/$Hilti Corporation

$4$F: Edith Botello$/$Mattress Firm.

For this assignment, it is crucial to not simply read the case study and answer the prompted questions, but to also connect back to your in$-$class learning and independent research. Apply your learning to answer the question $"$So what does this mean in the real world?"

There are three deliverables for this assignment. The first is a written group case study report. The second is an in$-$class presentation. The third is the materials used for the in$-$class presentations $($such as PowerPoint slides$).$ All deliverables are due in Class $8.$ The report and the presentation materials must be submitted by Dropbox in the Brightspace classroom by the end of Class $8.$ No work submitted by email, by Microsoft Teams, or any time after the end of Class $8$ will be accepted.
