This group-based assignment aims to research and discuss three common leadership issues faced by supply chain managers, focusing on the importance of creative thinking, innovation, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, diversity mindset, and decisiveness as key leadership qualities required to address these challenges effectively.

To complete this assignment: Part 1 is a group based component of the assignment. You must work in groups of 2-3 or however your instructor advises.

1. Identify and research one common leadership issue in Supply Chain Management. Ensure that this issue is not being covered by other groups in your class by sharing your topic in this discussion board post.
2. Provide a brief overview of the identified issue, including its significance and potential consequences
3. Identify and analyze the skills and competencies that managers need to develop in order to successfully address the identified leadership issue.
4. Relate these skills/competencies course outcomes 7 and 9, emphasizing the importance of creative thinking, innovation, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, diversity mindset, and decisiveness. Group Presentation:
