$$ Prepare an interview guide designed to provide your selection team with the best data possible in order to select the right candidate. Your interview guide should be developed to hold an interview that is approximately $20$ minutes in duration

$$ Determine which testing techniques you recommend when assessing the qualifications for this job and provide rationale for your recommendations

$$ Develop a set of questions to use for checking references
