Given: Research questions:

What are the factors for high employee turnover rate in a particular retail company?

Hypothesis:

Hypothesis 1: Job satisfaction (JS) has a negative impact on employee turnover in retail companies.

Hypothesis 2: Career management (CM) has a negative impact on employee turnover in retail companies.

Hypothesis 3: Work-life balance (WB)has a negative impact on employee turnover in retail companies.

Data were collected from 40 Participants and the full data is attached below.

Question: By looking at the variables in Employee turnover dataset, Conduct a significance test in R for the above three hypotheses at a confidence interval of 90%. For each test, discuss and summarize in detail: A. Accept the hypothesis? B. Summarize the whole process of the analysis for each hypothesis.
