The report must include the strategies used internally and externally with rationale and evidence to support your approach. It must also include a strategy that considers the electronic/internet mediums.
Job requirements Matrix: Must use the tool and complete task statement unsing the formula taught in class
Job posting: List the job and organization and include the task statement. KSAOS, contextual performance and counterproductive performance listed in your JRM. Also uses organizational branding and appealing language.
Hiring policy: What approach will you take in terms of internal and external candidates hiring for the role . Policy must be supported by research evidence.
Recruitment Strategy: Provide a description of the approach you will be taking to recruit for the position ( job boards, job fairs, social media , print media , organization, referral system, headhunters, internal posting) and provide a rationale for your approach. How will applicants apply what language will you use in the postings. State how your approaches differ external versus internal candidate. Should also include how you will use social media. What platform, and justifications for platforms. Strategy must be supported by research evidence.
