    • This is where I will be after the degree (Which weaknesses will you cover)

    • This is where I need to be in Four years (Which strengths will you develop)

  • Why have you selected that job?
    • In line with your dream, aim, or education?
    • In line with values you hold dear? Refer to value grid.
    • Influenced by recent trends, changes, global environment, local environment?

    • Corporate Cultural fit for that job?
      • You think you could be a right fit (refer to your cover letter in appendix)
  • What skills are required for that job?
  • Do you have those skills now or do you need to develop them?
