Information system Project Management(IST 361)

This is an individual assignment and each student is expected to carry out a comprehensive research in order to write the report. The maximum length of the report must be between 500-700 words.

What it should include:

1. Introduction to the Selected Project: Include some background information on the nature and type of project, problem statement which should include why the need have been arisen.

2. Scope statement: Scope statement should include scope in (functions),Scope out(Exclusions),Deliverables, Assumptions.

3. Stakeholders: list the possible stakeholders of the project and their responsibilities.

4. Work Break down structure: Draw work breakdown structure as per your topic.

5. Conclusion : Summary of the report also include the resources needed to accomplish the tasks. Include references if any
