The objective of this case study is to enhance course participants understanding in the areas of management: planning, organizing, leading and controlling of an organization. You may select your choice of organization to be analyzed.

1. Introduce the background of the selected international organization.
2. Provide how the chosen company apply :

I planning - strategic planning to compete with competitors

II organizing organizing through division, region etc.

III leading - leadership style of the leader

IV controlling Balance Score Card analysis

3. Identify TWO (2) problems which relate to the management areas of the selected organization.
4. Provide TWO (2) suggestions to the problems identified for better performance in the organization.
