ASSIGNMENT: Written Paper (Interview)

LENGTH 1-3 pages; (Use a minimum of 3 references)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Interview several (3-5) people about the culture of thier organization. Examples include:

*Work teams

*Sports teams

*Honor organiztaion and othe service or sical groups

*Churches, synogogues, templesa and mosques

*Geographic or ethnic groups

*Groups of friends

Questions to ask include those include the following:

1. Tell me about someone in the orrganization you admire? Why is he/she so successful?

2. Tell me about someone who failed in this organization. What did he/she do wrong?

3. What ceremoniens and ritual does thie organization have? Why are they important?

4. Why would someone join this group rather than a competitor?

Remember, these are not the only questions you can ask be creative when coming up questions for your interviewees.
